Christ Honoring People
Chris is the Founder and Executive Director of LIFE 3N Relief. He began his mission journey founding Rural Evangelism Crusaders (REC Ghana) in 1996, focusing on church planting, missions, discipleship, and leadership development in unreached areas of Ghana. REC Ghana merged with OM International in 2010, becoming OM Ghana, where Chris served as Director until May 2020. His tenure included strategic roles in global mobilization, financial development, and advocacy for least-reached groups worldwide.
Chris is passionate about justice ministry, particularly combating human trafficking, and served as Gideons International’s Field Representative for Middle and Northern Ghana from 2008 to 2014. He excels in leadership development, training through the Leadership Matters Course, and presenting at international seminars like Missions Fest in Vancouver since 2017. As founder of LIFE 3N Relief, Chris channels his vision for missions, justice, and leadership into empowering communities locally and globally.
In 1996, Christian Ayesu Insaidoo founded Rural Evangelism Crusaders (REC Ghana) with a vision to bring the Gospel to unreached areas across Ghana. Initially focused on church planting, discipleship, and leadership training in rural communities, REC Ghana expanded its reach to encompass the Western, Brong Ahafo, Northern, Upper East, Upper West, and Ashanti Regions.
In 2010, REC Ghana joined forces with Operation Mobilization, culminating in the official name change to Operation Mobilization Ghana in 2015. After leading this work for many years, Christian transitioned in 2020, following God’s calling, to establish LIFE 3N Relief LBG.
LIFE stands for Love, Influence, Fellowship, and Equip, while 3N represents Nations, Neighbours, and Next Generations. Their mission is to honor Jesus Christ by demonstrating love to His people, especially the lost and marginalized, and by influencing others into fellowship with Christ. They are committed to equipping individuals to reach these groups, which they refer to as the components of the Great Commission.
Neighbors: They focus on neglected neighbors and marginalized groups within their societies, such as the Fulanis in Ghana, Kayaye girls from northern Ghana in southern regions, and those living in slums. They draw inspiration from Mark 12:30-31, which commands us to love our neighbors as ourselves.
Nations: Their outreach extends to people groups in Ghana and beyond who have not yet heard the Gospel, including the Gonja, Nanumba, Chokosi, Fulani of Burkina Faso, and Zarma of Niger. This effort is guided by Matthew 28:19-20, where Jesus instructs us to make disciples of all nations.
Next Generations: They prioritize reaching children and youth with the Gospel, preparing them for the future as exemplified in Matthew 19:14, where Jesus welcomes children to Him, emphasizing their importance in the Kingdom of Heaven.
The designation “LBG ” in their name signifies Limited By Guarantee, a requirement by the Ghanaian government for all registered nonprofit organizations.
To partner with churches in reaching and serving the least reached, in response to the Great Commission.
To honour Jesus Christ by loving His people, influencing them toward fellowship, and equipping them for His service.
