MEET THE FOUNDERS
Jim Reimer
Jim Reimer, founder of Barnabas Mission Worldwide, has served as a Pastor, Church planter, missionary (short term) and National Elder for the Fellowship of Christian Assembles. Recently widowed and retired from active local church ministry, Jim is now dedicating his life to coming along in support of those on the front lines in foreign countries
Jim comes with experience as he has planted three churches, is a successful and respected entrepreneur, and a social justice advocate.
Jim has a strong international ministry, raising funds for the poor, leading pastor conferences, and preaching and leading humanitarian efforts in Africa, Asia, Caribbean, United States and Central America, Philippians and most recently in Haiti.

Coming Alongside the Frontlines
The Apostle Paul writes to the Thessalonians “encourage one another and build each other up”. (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
This was said in the context of hardship, disappointments, and delayed hope. While we are a people of faith, trouble does not elude us. The bible says a lot about encouragement. The reason is simple; we need it as we engage in Kingdom work. Leaders give encouragement, but the sad truth is the givers of encouragement (leaders) are often overlooked.

Making a Difference
Barnabas mission will be in Europe in September and October encouraging people on the front lines in Spain, Italy and Romania. November we will be in Tiawan and Philippians. Then In January we planning on being in Haiti and Cuba. We are planning to be in Australia in April

Barnabas Mission Worldwide is dedicated to going where you are. We understand the value of a visit, as the Apostle Paul described during a particularly difficult time:
“But God, who encourages those who are discouraged, encouraged us by the arrival of Titus.”

All we need is an invite, and we will come. Our purpose is to come alongside, encourage, and pray — Barnabas Mission has no other agenda. We can and will come alongside in the following ways.
