Graham "Pedro" Bowers

Graham “Pedro” Bowers, known affectionately as Pedro since high school in rural Alberta, found his faith journey influenced early on by his upbringing across Chilliwack, BC, Alberta, and New Brunswick. His spiritual path took root at 25 during a reluctant church retreat. For over half his life, he’s been dedicated to Christian ministry, from teaching and leadership roles in Coquitlam School District to serving as a Sunday School superintendent, lector, and occasional preacher. Graham’s journey underscores a lifelong commitment to serving God and others, reflecting his passion for equipping leaders and fostering Gospel unity through personal relationships.

A Journey Of Faith

Graham “Pedro” Bowers has been a member of Broadway Church since 2012. His journey to Mexico began with a short-term mission trip in 2014 to Foundation For His Ministry (FFHM) in Vicente Guerrero, Baja California, where he returned multiple times to serve. Feeling a divine call, Graham left his job, sold his cherished Mustang, and most of his possessions to relocate to Mexico. For three years, he taught elementary school at the FFHM orphanage, then dedicated six months to intensive language study to deepen his ministry impact. Today, Graham serves at Talmidim Bible Institute of Los Altos near Arandas, Jalisco, directing guest relations, teaching English, and supporting the Bible Bookstore.
