When the Molinas began serving in San Quintin, they quickly observed the immense burden carried by local pastors as they ministered to their churches and communities. Many pastors lacked adequate support, both internally and externally, often needing second jobs to sustain their families.

Moved by compassion, the Molinas felt compelled to support these pastors—first, as individuals, and second, as leaders. They invest time getting to know these pastors, becoming integral parts of their lives, sharing in their joys and sorrows. By fostering a sense of genuine care and support, the Molinas assist pastors in cultivating new leaders within their churches, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
